I have discontinued use of this website in response to these Code of Conduct changes. While I agree with the spirit of "build a community that is rooted in kindness, collaboration, and mutual respect", even for those this policy is ostensibly targeted at helping, this policy makes numerous grievous errors. Many moderators and community leaders have raised valid concerns about how this policy could be leveraged by those acting in bad faith (as I suspect has already happened).
More importantly, the FAQ explicitly forbids even respectfully abstaining from using someone's pronouns (for example, by always using their username in place of their pronoun) if they are uncomfortable with said pronouns (e.g., "neopronouns" like ze and zir). This amounts to compelled speech, and I will not abide such policies.
