Education

I prefer self-studying with books to try out it after. I also like good trainings. I don't like formal education. It's too slow and often not actual. I like to help people to study things they want.

Production

I see the main target of production process is to get a quality product for user. I feel I know how to succeed this in software development. We need high motivated team of professionals who trust our goal and use best development practices (User Centered Design, for example).

Life

I like a lot: reading books and articles, snowboarding, playing chess and guitar. I like to think. And I love to work with people.
