I do software architecture for safety-related embedded system. I also specify or influence safety-related software and system development processes, such as requested by ISO26262 or ASpice standard, promoting Test/Behavior Driven Design and other agile processes.

As I am doing this for over 40 years (started with SADT and SA/SD, now reachin with code-generation/system simulation from UML/SysML) I have question: How in the hell can we progress faster and more sustainable in software engineering?
