I am a computational molecular biologist with 10 years of experience as a biomedical researcher in the fields of functional genomics, next-generation sequencing analysis, systems biology, epigenetics, and stochastic variation in gene expression. I am fluent in several programming languages (with software package development experience), and have experience in statistics and modeling. In addition I have a strong background in experimental molecular biology and genomics with experience in protocol and technology development.

I am currently interested in Computational Systems Immunology and Translational Human Immunology.
