I have around 14+ years of experience in Software development industry, which is a good mix of development experience using various technologies (Microsoft Technologies like, .NET, SQL, javascript, jQuery) and managing projects and team members.

Desire a position as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Agile Trainer which helps me and organization to implement Agility in the organization by following Scrum framework. Implement Scaled Agile using different frameworks like LeSS, SAFe, Nexus.

To mentor team members and coach them to adher to Scrum framework using Agile Manifesto and Principles with true meaning.

CAREER SUMMARY

In my current engagement, I am serving Scrum team by facilitating Scrum events, mentoring Scrum team to be self-organized and adhere to scrum framework.

In my last engagement I was playing a role of Scrum Master to mentor and coach team and ensure that the scrum process is followed by the team. Also a technical lead role for the team move a step closure towards the organizational goals.
