I'm a man of many hats. On my day job, I work as an industrial electrical professional where I work with automation and control systems including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and electrical equipment and switchgear up to 345kV. I also work as a software consultant specializing in desktop, web, and mobile applications in C#, Xamarin, Javascript, Angular, jQuery, WebApi, Asp.Net MVC, and webforms. I also have working experience with VB.NET. I find that programming a PLC is no different than programming a web application as both require critical thinking and a lot of creativity.
