I am an independent software consultant largely working with web based applications for higher education. I am a contributing architect and developer on the Sakai Collaboration and Learning Environment. I am also familiar with the Moodle Learning Management System.

My programming skills are largely focused on Java and PHP these days, though I have worked with many languages over the years. I have experience with Spring, many UI frameworks, web services, XML, etc.
