Admin, coder, prog. lang. connoisseur (you could even say fetishist; I've written stuff that was / is actually used in tens of langs and I played with / learned tens more).
I might growl, but tend not to bite unless severely pushed ;-)
I haven't yet found an OS or PL that I entirely liked, and I'm of the opinion that we keep dragging the bad stuff behind us (for the entirely wrong reasons). I think blind backwards compatibility and the tendency to sell the same old shit "one more time" keep us in the dark times.
