I started my career as .Net developer, but short time later I switched to configuration management, especially MS TeamFoundationServer administration. In this role I worked as a consultant for a world wide acting insurance (1,5 years) and a bank (also 1,5 years), before I switched to be an employee for an ERP/CRM Software company as TFS responsible. During my consulting time, I learned much about MSBuild, using TFS API, Process Management, customizing TFS and migrating projects (from SVN,VSS,CVS).
