I'm a polyglot developer who's been working in the field since 2000. At the moment, I use HTML/CSS/Javascript, Perl, and C# on a daily basis for my day job at a SaaS company, and I touch Lua, C++, and Unity/C# in my evening pursuits as a game developer. And like most devs of my age, I have plenty of time in the SQL trenches.

I've worked for companies in the medical, automation, maintenance and media sectors, and I founded both Perfect Minute Games and Gamedev NL. I've been doing test-driven development for about 15 years, starting with my own custom JUnit-style harness for Visual Basic 6. Remember those days? Yeah. Those were fun.

I'm also a writer (currently working on a novel) and an occasional artist and actor, which spackles over most of the holes in my schedule.

I live in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador with my fiancé and our cat, Ludo.
