Software engineer who loves to code for both the sake of coding the end result. Primary focus is on any language I need to work in -- I am of the mind that a real developer is not bound by any language and can adapt to new environments in a matter of days or less with the proper approach. I love when people warn me of "steep learning curves" or tell me that it will be hard to accomplish something, because it is an opportunity to prove them wrong and to learn along the way. Some of my favorite experiences have been debugging friends' code in languages that I hadn't worked in prior. Leave me alone with Google and maybe a good book and I'll learn whatever I need to to realize my goals.

My current primary languages are Java, Perl, SQL/PL-SQL, bash scripting, and the front-end web technologies (HTML/CSS/Javascript).
