I am a recent graduate from Valparaiso University with a degree in Computer [Electronic] Engineering. Since school, I have been working in the Chicago Area as a Software Design Engineer for embedded systems at Grayhill, Inc, specifically for Healthcare Interfacing.
At Grayhill, I have worked with bare-metal programming, but have branched into learning the intricacies of altering the Android OS, especially for use in custom UI systems.
In my free time, I also am teaching myself the internals of Linux by following LFS (http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/), webmastering for a local choir, and learning JavaFX for use in custom UIs for other software projects. Furthermore I sing, but that has little relevance on this site.
Probably the most important thing that I am here to do is learn. I will try to answer questions, but I am still green, and there is a lot to know yet.
