I started working with computers in 1998, began working as a computer technician in 2004 and have also been developing websites since 2008. I specialise in small business and home user support. I really enjoy what i do, so i think of it more as leisure than as work.

I have an innate talent for Information Technologies and a great thirst for knowledge. I'm quite methodical and a bit perfectionist - it is, in fact, something which is reflected in everything i do: concern about quality and attention to detail. I'm also very aware of my responsibilities, so i don't promise what i can't keep and i do my best to keep my promises, and i do make mistakes, but i learn from and take responsibility for them.
