What motivates me the most in a workplace easily comes down to culture. Ping pong tables and bean bag chairs are cool and all, but the people I work with make all of the difference. Keeping it short and sweet here, but I'm looking forward to working with a team of developers who are passionate not just about what they do, but also about the company they work for and its goals.
