I work primarily on the backend side and almost exclusively in Java, specializing in language technology, NLP, translation/localization, machine learning. For the ML/NLP part, I also use Python heavily and the usual libraries (Pandas, sklearn, SpaCy, tensorflow, etc.).

As scrum master, agile coach, and team lead, I have more than a decade of leadership experience in highly diverse, international, multi-cultural contexts. I embrace the concept of "servant leader" to motivate and support my teams.
