Marc is Senior Object-Oriented Information Systems Architect & Methodologist experienced in leading world class projects and teaching/mentoring project teams in Model Driven Engineering with UML, Project Management, Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) (RUP and Agile) and processes including Change and Configuration Management, Requirements Management, Analysis, Design, Implementation and Test Management. He has been using UML since its initial release across numerous tools, in particular IBM/Rational, for architecture and design while building solutions across a wide range of platforms and frameworks, with an emphasis on Microsoft and IBM technologies.
Marc has lead projects, taught, mentored and consulted during the past fourteen years at the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), US Department of Labor (DOL), Dow Jones, Aetna, American Red Cross, CareFirst BCBS, John Deere, WellPoint, Fannie Mae, and GMAC Insurance. He has been instrumental in many of their transitions and adoption of advanced SDLC processes and technologies. He can contribute heavily to any organization in both software development processes and engineering. He has been developing software for the past 34 years.
