I am currently working as System Engineer in Infosys Limited.

I have an overall experience of over 2 Years in Production L2 Support. I have experience in 24*7 Release management activities like deploying, supporting and monitoring of all digital marketing content, data and user specific Information (CRM) for the Global and region specific websites. I have been handling the websites which are hosted on the three major stacks– LAMP, DOTNET and MOSS. Additionally I am also responsible for developing various tools for monitoring the day to day activities like generating reports, server performances. I also have an experience in installing, upgrading and configuring new software, LMS, various plugins as per the requirements across platform.
