I have an experience of leading mobile team of 6-10 members (Android, React Native). I also involvement with pre-sales team along with the BD to analyse the scope & requirements for the overall mobile product. I took interest in all the phases of SDLC starting from requirement analysis. As project lead, I usually coordinate with team and the client. I have good knowledge of mobile domain with strong analytical, design skills, and problem solving abilities. I always like to find alternatives to complete the given task for the betterment of the product but never compromise the timelines.
