Software engineer since 2004 with a masters degree in computer science. I have long experience with databases (design and administration), applications development (mostly with C, Java), systems and web development.

I work mostly in systems integration for satellite ground systems, communications monitoring systems and network monitoring systems. I also co-manage the IT and information security for my company for about 7 years.

I am passionate about computers technology from the early ages to the very latest trends, and I like to share about it. For that purpose created the website http://www.computerheritage.com/, I am also member of local organizations such as a computer heritage conservation French association called Silicium, and the Agile Toulouse association (we organize many events related to agile methods and practices, and the agile tour in our city). Insatiable towards learning, I tend to keep myself aware of latest technologies (an activity I personally named Technological Awareness).

Therefore I consider myself as a super-generalist computer scientist and developer, for the time being more pragmatic than agilist (which I’d like to tend to). My tagline : “make systems work”.
