R&D Software Engineer in a small compagny working on QA solution for radiotherapy, I am interested in about all aspects of software developpement.
I am particularily fond of the Qt library for its great API and very good documentation making software developpement as painless as it can be. I am also an happy user of emacs, and git which help my code productivity.
I hold a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Poitiers (France). My thesis was about developping tools and algorithms for 3D image segmentation using topological criteria. As a postdoctoral fellow at INSERM (french institute for research in medecine) I worked on the simulation of realistic PET images from numerical phantom for the diagnosis of atherial diseases.
