During my fifteen years working in the digital industry I have had the opportunity to design and develop software solutions for clients across a broad spectrum of industries and scales. I've never felt constrained by my job title. While I've predominantly specialised as a software engineer I've always been eager to expand my skill set. I've undertaken the duties of a solutions architect, DevOps engineer, project manager and scrum master. This has allowed me to understand businesses and projects holistically from both the technical and business perspectives. I'm a personable, enthusiastic and driven individual who has a genuine passion for solving problems both creatively and intellectually. I've always found learning to be a primary driver, contributing to others development through sharing knowledge and mentoring is also important to me. I've developed communication skills useful for assisting others understanding of even very complex concepts, be that students, clients or colleagues with varied levels of technical knowledge.
