A recent convert from Matlab/Mathematica in grad school to Python. Python rocks!

Worked on a corporate hydro-statistical toolbox based on Helsel and Hirsch (py-hydrostats on GitHub), and translating a singular spectrum analysis algorithm (ssa-py on GitHub) with a special technique for detecting and extracting dominant cycles in the eigenspectrum.

Also taken several Java and Android related course on Coursera and other MOOCs. An I'm currently finishing a 12-week 180-hour web-development bootcamp course, where I'm learning to create RESTful web applications using Javascript, the MEAN-stack, jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, and more.
