Been working in technology since 80's. Did tech support and testing for Microprose, lead tester and playtest coordinator for Avalon Hill(yes, the boardgame company, which had some computer games). Worked for AQ as head of technical support for 100+ software/hardware companies, including many game companies and computer hardware.
