When I was distinctly younger than I am now and somebody asked me what my favorite pastime was, I responded by employing the idiosyncratic transitive verb to computer, a word that makes as much sense in my mother tongue as it does in English.

But still, that's what I enjoyed when I was six and that's what I enjoy today.
