LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other professional networking sites usually offer a very 2D view of potential applicants. So rather than spend much more time filling out profiles and role criteria across various platforms that still feel will do a poor job accurately represent me, I've build my website around the giving potential employers a much more accurate view of who I am as a person, in addition to the usual: my resume and a list of what I am (and am not!) looking for in my next role.
