About

I have close to 25 years of experience in professional software development by now. I have experience in working in big companies but most of my life been freelancer and owner of my own small web agency. Since 2004 we're a small team of senior freelancers used to work together. We're working under https://crewnew.com freelancers' agency - see also https://crnw.uk/1pager for a quick overview. Contact me via WhatsApp +4475 886 999 48 or Skype: kasparpalgi or email [email protected]

NodeJs & Laravel in the back-end development and ReactJS / VueJS in the front-end coding is today my main stack but I do more and more Python & Django these days, too. I'm also experienced in deep learning, big data & AI. For mobile development, my first choice today is Flutter but also I use React Native and have experience with native apps. Well, the stack list is way longer actually that I have experience in - including tons of open-source solutions like WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Pimcore, etc. etc. I do work also with a world-class senior designer so all together we cover all you may need.

My English is fluent as I live in the UK since 2004, I give good communication and understand well what is the main goal of the business and always suggest the best and latest technological solutions. We classify our team into class 1 developers, class 2 and class 3. Number 3 developers need babysitting all the time and you must check everything they do and often fix their bugs yourself. We never work with such people! Number 2 developers deliver what is ordered and that's it. Their hourly rate is from £10 and they're usually younger. We use them to do time-consuming simple tasks to save costs. But our core-team will learn quickly the business model, suggest best practices, always use the latest tech and you won't find a bug in the code once all tested. The code is beautiful to read, well documented, will pass any static code tests and we practice the most popular development automation trends: https://i.imgur.com/ljzw8zM.png (more technical text).

I follow the latest technological trends and write clean and well-commented object orientated code. Use GIT, Kubernetes, CI/CD (continuous integration / continuous deployment). For time tracking we all use the best and most accurate time tracker out there that is a combination of the market leader TimeDoctor.com and RescueTime.com for really accurate time tracking with screenshots and keyboard/mouse activity (even all the programs/apps and websites visited are tracked) so you can be 100% sure that every single minute was really worked on your project. You can't just compare people by an hourly rate as most of the developers out there work way too slow and deliver poor code or don’t follow the latest standards! You need to consider also the quality, speed of working and ability to verify the number of hours worked. Honesty and trust to win long-term customers is always my primary goal.
