I am the creator and CTO of DoneDone, a simple customer support and task tracking tool used by thousands of organizations worldwide. I originally created DoneDone as a side-project at We Are Mammoth, a web consulting company I co-founded in 2006.

I've been designing and developing software since the late 1990s. Along with writing code, I also love to write in prose too. I am the author of The Developer's Code and I published a free online book called Naming Things.
