I love creating high-functioning teams of engineers to build consumer products and finding out how to get 80% of effect for 20% of the effort. My goal is to make sure my teams can be applying themselves to what they're passionate and effective on, while being in alignment with the overall company objective.

Technically I go where I'm needed and am comfortable being a jack-of-all-trades. Sometimes it's a matter of brushing up on something, and other times it's learning something completely new. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and code features large and small, but I also try and recognize when I'm more effective guiding teams rather than writing features.
