I am in software business. A native full blooded non-nerdy*
software developer for business software and embedded software as well. Today, my favorite programming language is Haskell. I am also experienced in C++, C, PHP, HTML5, CSS, SQL, 68000, and 6502 assembler. I trained my communication and soft skills at least over decades. I developed software, led software development teams, acquired customer demands, specified requirements documents, supported and led proposal teams, for satellite systems, business solutions, telecommunication and other industries.

Some believe: I am a nerd. I hope I am not.
Regarding: We <3 and believe in Stack Overflow.
I take this one seriously:
Let’s reject the false dichotomy between quality and kindness. Quality matters because it means posts can help more people. But a larger, more diverse community produces better artifacts, not worse ones. We need to stop justifying condescension with the pursuit of quality, and we need better tools and queues to help power users trying to keep quality high.
