I am currently a post-doc working as part of the Horizon 2020 PoshBee on building a bumblebee agent-based model with the ALMaSS framework. Almost exclusively working in C++ now. Occasionally python, and a bit of R.

Former PhD student working with Python, R, Netlogo, C++ (mostly through cython and Rcpp). I started out years ago using VBA in ArcGIS and made the move to python when ArcGIS did. I worked as a spatial analyst for 7 years, and taught GIS for a year while at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
