My first programming language was BBC Micro BASIC and I've been working professionally with computers since 1996.

I love designing, implementing and maintaining data-centric systems and flows. I'm good at helping companies to enhance their use of data and cloud infrastructure by first helping them understanding their needs.

The only two things that I fear are zombies and front-end development.

DBs: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, Redis

Programming languages of choice: Python, C, Go

And of course the "outsiders": bash, SQL

Cloud: Mainly AWS, some GCP

IaC: Terraform

OS used on my computer: Fedora

OSs used for work: Several Linux distributions, Solaris, AIX, Windows
