I find myself going back to C++ as the C++11/14 standard adds some real value, and not only for systems programming, Python and Powershell wraps it nicely. Long time hacking has taken me thru the eras of Cobol+Asm, C/C++, Java, and also into DHTML with JS, AS3, PHP.
