Senior Engineer at IBM, working on a web application called z/OS Management Facility (z/OSMF), particularly the Cloud Provisioning & Management support that enables the ability to deploy software services templates that can be used by mainframe users to self-service software services such as z/OS middleware and database instances.

One of my main responsibilities is the security design and implementation in support of providing fully isolated multi-tenancy of templates and provisioned software instances. A major aspect of the security support is to provide for automatic processing of the required enterprise security manager updates in order to guarantee fully isolated tenancy.

I am responsible for REST API designs related to the Cloud Provisioning & Management support.

I have been working on mainframes and MVS/OS390/zOS since 1984, expanding into AIX and Linux, which fostered my HUGE preference to use the UNIX System Services shell environment on z/OS over the TSO/ISPF environment except for those things for which there is no better tool than TSO/ISPF.
