I have had a passion for IT since I was very young, and never grow tired of learning new things and overcoming challenges.

Over my career I have held a number of leadership and managerial roles, with responsibility for teams of up to 35 people based locally and internationally. My roles have always been technically-focussed, and experience to date includes server & network management, data centre infrastructure operations oversight, solution design & implementation, project management, and process improvement (ITIL).

I have had the opportunity to work with many inspiring and influential leaders, and always take every opportunity to further develop my knowledge and skills. I am driven by my desire to learn.

I have recently decided to step into the world of software engineering and development. A self-taught programmer at the age of 12, I have developed a number of applications for internal use in some of my previous roles, as well as for personal enjoyment. I am nearing completion of a couple of self-funded projects including an enterprise-scale SaaS solution which will target IT departments by assisting with network management and continuity.
