Over the years I have coded in Fortran77, Matlab, Python and R, mostly self-taught with help from a friend, and coding for short periods with long intervals of wet lab work... do not expect computational finesse.

Mostly interested in using Python (and some R) for quantitative image analysis and bioinformatics.
