I started out life as an academic computer scientist working on algorithms and data structures. But then I took a left turn and ended up working in FinTech. I build financial information systems, teams that build those systems, and companies that employ those teams. I also advise FinTech investors and provide technology due diligence services. I'm presently in Shanghai advising a FinTech startup.
