I'm mostly doing web development these days, in either Python/Pylons (much preferred), some PHP frameworks like Cake or Symfony, and content management systems like TYPO3 and Drupal. Sometimes this includes also the frontend development in HTML/CSS/Javascript, sometimes it is just the backend part.

Additionally, I'm also responsible for keeping the servers for our small hosting business running.
