I am much involved with the standardization of C and have written a book Modern C that appeared with Manning. Follow the first link for a promotion code. Also, I am the author of P99 a set of preprocessor macros for C99.
I also contributed a lot to SO over the years with more than 2000 answers, under the assumption that this would continue to be a community site. Now I see that this has been sold out for billions of dollars without me or anybody else ever seeing a dime or having a guarantee of fair use. For the moment I leave this profile up, but I will probably less contribute in the future.
