Lotus Notes/Domino specialist, been on it since 1993 with focus on web development since 1999.

More and more focused on frontend development/performance and design, there are lot of guys capable on the backend. Not so many in the area of backend AND frontend in the Domino world. Not to mention design, Domino devs are notoriously bad at design (my personal experience/opinion).
