I've programmed a CNC machine for the past 8 years, prior to and during that period I've been absoloutley 200% fascinated by computer systems / software development and so I'm taking steps toward that area now. BIG steps...

Currently undertaking a Diploma in Java Programming, I plan to do the postgraduate Diploma and some other web / mobile development based education immediately after. I'm also hoping to involve myself in some open-source projects and some personal projects. Once I have a grasp of JAVA and any other languages, I will also contribute to StackOverflow.com, the website that has been invaluable to my early stages of learning to program.
