I train, coach and consult worldwide in both the technical and business aspects of Agile development, especially for people developing embedded systems. I've made some contributions to Agile development. I participated in the creation of the Manifesto for Agile Software Development. In a pragmatic moment, I unclogged a planing meeting with the first ever game of planning poker, an Agile estimating technique now used around the world.
