With over eight years of commercial software development experience I have built a wide range of skills in that time and learned a lot about the industry. That said this is a fast moving environment and therefore I try to take every opportunity I get to continually improve my knowledge and skillset by keeping up to date with the latest technologies through participating in beta programs, answering questions on Stack Overflow and reading blogs written by notable developers in the industry. In my more recent work I have been leading projects utilising the very latest technologies in both application development and application hosting, notably ASP.Net Core 2 and the Microsoft Azure platform building a solution which we can update and deploy with zero downtime.

I have a passion for software development and the surrounding technologies, I consider myself to be hard working, reliable, dependable and enthusiastic in the work place. I have excellent customer service skills and work well within or leading a team. I have proven that I am able to maintain a professional and high standard of work whilst working under pressure in a fast-paced development environment committing to tight deadlines.
