• Biomedical ontologist/KG architect; also using NLP and machine learning to Get The Job Done.
• I code in Python mostly (previously, lots of Perl, some Scala).
• Some Debian Linux admin experience too - comes in handy!

Previously: Molecular biologist - specifically, protein biophysics, including x-ray crystallography.
