Undertaking a continuous analysis of organizational patterns and dynamics while having a continuous dialogue at all levels in the organization are fundamental parts of my daily job This approach is aimed to help organization evolution via learning and co-creation of solutions and experiments, looking at the company as a complex system of human beings interacting with a changing environment.

I help tailoring processes via mentoring, coaching and training of both business and tech teams, serving them as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Change Agent.
