I am now working for FlightSafety International in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. I'm finally getting to use C++11 (prior employers did not permit use of the new features), and I will soon be using some of the C++14 features.

I moved to Tulsa for the new job about a year ago, and things are working out well for me here. I expect to be here for 4-5 more years, after which I expect to retire from writing software for a living.
