I am a Data Scientist with 6 years of experience. I am specialized in Big Data Engineering using Spark and Databricks, but also have experience with Data Visualization, Deep Learning and had worked in the past with Web and Mobile Development and Software Testing.

My career into the field started during my graduation when I had the opportunity to course a 1-year traineeship program sponsored by Hewlett-Packard in Data Science. There, through theory classes and practical projects, I got an in-depth knowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Big Data and Visual Analytics.

These last 3 years I have been leading Virtus (HP Inc. Account) Data Science team. Currently, I am managing a team of data scientists/engineers and together we are involved on the whole data life cycle: from collecting data to packing all the gathered insights and ML models into useful software.
