I'm a physist-engineer working in the high-tech industry. I have some experience in C, C++, Python/numpy, and Perl, mostly for number crunching and text parsing.
As for physics: my Ph.D. research involved spectroscopy, lasers, and optics. Since then, I have been working on scatterometry, gas flows, gas diffusion, and heat transfer.
