I'm a Software Architect by trade, but spend more time knee deep in code than drawing pictures on whiteboards.
I'm a fervent, even evangelical believer in pragmatic solutions. If something needs slightly bent out of shape in order to make the solution work then so be it. Don't break it, but do make it work.
It's all about the customer, it's always all about the customer. If it's not about the customer then who is paying for what we're doing?
