In Januari 2019 I graduated from university and got my Computer Science Bachelor's Degree.

After that I started working for bol.com, Netherland's biggest online retail tech platform.

My first project there was within payments, with a focus on getting all giftcard related bookkeeping cleaned up and moved towards Google Cloud BigQuery, Removing a bunch of fraudulent flows by building new kotlin based spring boot services running on kubernetes, and migrating from an on premise Oracle database towards Cloud managed postgres databases.

My second project is about migrating the big batch processing Oracle database backing the search engine towards a new real-time ETL feeding the search index, written primarily in Go microservices backed by cloud native tooling in GCP.
