I believe that to move ahead in today’s world, one must be as fluent in code as they are in business. I have been fortunate to build a career that leverages both my skills as a programmer as well as my passion for helping clients and customers succeed.

I’m passionate about new techniques and technologies. Whether with C and C++, which I began studying at age 8, or with Python, which I used in my last project, or with node.js - my current passion - I see code as a tool to solve problems.

The bigger the challenge in front of me, the more motivated I am to find an elegant, sustainable solution.

As an autodidact and a backend developer, I stay constantly immersed in the latest advancements in server-side technology. I enjoy contributing to the open-source community, advising startups, and pursuing personal development projects. I am similarly driven in building web architectures and infrastructures - working with servers to support fast, reliable, and scalable sites and applications.

But I am not content to work alone in front of a keyboard and screen. I thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. In particular, I take great pleasure in helping customers and clients make use of our tools to succeed. I care both about the integrity and efficiency of my code, as well as its real-world use by real-world users.
